Athlete Registration

VICTORIAN LITTLE ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION
ATHLETE REGISTRATION 2010/2011

Please read all of these instructions and notes before you do anything
 
Prior to registering online you will need to establish what age group your children will be in. You can do this by using the Age Ready Reckoner.
 
You will also need to complete the Parent Duty form and Registration form and bring these to the registration day.
 
You will also need to bring proof of age for your child with a Birth Certificate or Extract
 
For those athletes wanting to compete in relay days you will need to complete the relay nomination form

 

Online Procedure

If you're a new then follow the New Members Procedure and if you are returning from last year follow the Renewing members procedure

When entering clubs online you will either be re-registering a little athlete(s) or registering for the first time a new little athlete. If you have one child, follow the individual registration process that is through the Existing Member Tab or New Member Tab.

If you have two or more children to register, irrespective of whether you are re-registering or are a new family you must use the Family Membership Tab as apart from the process being simpler, this method gives you a fee discount for multiple registrations.

1.    Go to website: https://www.clubsonline.com.au/registrationclubportal/lavicregister.htm

2.    On the right hand side of the Home web page click on ‘join us’ on the McDonalds logo.

3.    At this point you need to determine your registration requirements. If you have only one child registering as an athlete this season you will follow the Individual Registration procedures as a new member or an existing member (ie. competed last year) and re-registering for this new season.

Individual Registration – Existing Members

a)    Click on the Existing Member Logo.
b)    Enter Username and Password. (supplied by your Centre)
c)    If you have not received such click to the left on Username and Password.
d)    Click on Login.
e)    Select ‘Registration Renewal’ on the left.
f)    Choose the relevant age group registration. Click on ‘Next’.
g)    Accept Privacy Statement and Parent Declaration. You must enter a Parent/Guardian name. Click on ‘Next’.
h)    Your personal details should now appear on screen. Check and make any necessary changes. Click on ‘Next’.
i)    To pay by Credit Card online choose ‘Submit application and pay online’.
j)    If you wish to pay cash or cheque at the Centre. Click on ‘submit application only’.
k)    The system will then ask you to conform that you want to submit the application. Click on ‘Submit Application’.
l)    Your registration should now be complete. Click on ‘print invoice’ if you are paying by cash or cheque directly to Box Hill Little Athletics Centre (BHLAC) or print receipt if you have paid by Credit Card online during this process.

Individual Registration – Existing Members

For new registrations you need to select the Centre which is Box Hill and the club, also Box Hill, click on ‘Next’ and follow the prompts on screen. Payment can be made on line as indicated above at the BHLAC.

Family Membership for either existing and new families registering

a)    Select ‘Family Membership’.
b)    Select Centre, Select Club. Click on ‘Next’.
c)    Scroll down the page until you see Family registration and select the one relevant to you, ie. if you have 3 children registering as athletes select ‘Family registration for three children’. Click on ‘Next’.
d)    Select ‘Member 1’.
e)    Select relevant age group for this athlete. Click on ‘Next’.
f)    Accept Privacy Statement or Parent Declaration. You must enter a parent/guardian name. Click on ‘Next’.
g)    For existing members click ‘Log in’. (For new families registering enter all details).
h)    Enter Username and Password. (supplied by your Centre). Click ‘Log in’.
i)    Your personal details should now appear on screen. Check and make any necessary changes. Click on ‘Update’.
j)    Select ‘Member 2’. Follow procedures as per Member 1. Repeat for any subsequent family members.
k)    When all member details have been updated/added. Click ‘Next’.
l)    To pay by Credit Card online choose ‘submit application and pay online’.
m)    If you wish to pay by cash or cheque at the BHLAC. Click on ‘submit application only’.
n)    The system will then ask you to confirm that you want to submit the application. Click on ‘Submit Application’.
o)    Your registration should now be complete. Click on ‘print invoice’ if you are paying by cash or cheque at the BHLAC or print receipt if you have paid by Credit Card online through this process.

Some existing and new member may not feel comfortable putting credit card details over the internet. But you still need to register online however you are welcome to pay via cheque or cash at the Box Hill Little Athletic Centre, or you may also use our ETPOS machine also at the track.

Remember all those paying online through the clubs on line system will need to bring their receipt/proof of payment to be able to obtain the BHLAC showbag.
