To make sure each parent is covered by insurance whilst they are at the centre, they must have a completed signed form. So visit our front registration desk to complete and sign a form to ensure that in the event of an accident you can claim for compensation.
To be covered each parent must complete a separate form otherwise only the parent that has filled in the form will be covered.
